Q: What can I do about a Titanwear product I bought that is defective?
A: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your Titanwear product, please  contact your Titanwear retailer or online shop. There, your claim will be  discussed competently with you and, if the claim is justified, the  purchased item will be replaced. It is our aim to help you in a fast and uncomplicated way if you have a justified claim.

Q: How can i become an Ambassador?
A:To become an ambassador you will have to contact the ambassador committee by mail: ambassador@titanwear.no

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: You can make payment directly through our checkout page via a credit/debit card or PayPal. We accept all major forms of debit / credit card including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: We ship worldwide and usually ship within 2 business days. The duration of time you have to wait depends on where your delivery location is from our HQ.

Q: My size isn’t avalible, when will be back in stock?
A: It will depend on what item that is out of stock, but we will assure you that we are restocking as fast as we can.
If you want a limited item back we have to disappoint you, these are limited items and wil probably never get back in Stock.
